True Expressions of Self & Wealth

 This week has been pretty amazing! Opening myself up to the lessons and teachings of the Universe, for the Highest Good of My True Self, has allowed me to see the world with a new perspective and love. Sounds silly, but yah, love.

Can you define Love? What does Love mean to you? How does it present itself in your world? How do you Express your Love to the world and to those around you?

True Love is an Acceptance of our True Self, for who, what and where we are along this Journey called life. It is the Embracing of the Gifts that are brought back to us as a result of that Love. Love as an acceptance of an-others True Love of Self. Love is Selfless and Unconditional. Love is Gentle, Love is Kind. If we allow the Love to flow within us, through us and surround us, we create a Love Based Energy Field that is Magnetic. A True Level of Love never Fades, it only Grows and it  Attracts into our world, our sphere, more. Love is not to be 'Given Away' but to be shared. 

As the Universe sees only Love, our Acceptance, Reflection, Rejection and Nourishment of that Love, all that is, all that was, all that there will ever be is Love.

My coach and I have been working on my 'Vision.' This form of Love translates as 'My Expressions of Wealth.'   My personal 'Expressions of Wealth', as I have come to understand and embrace fully are Writing, Sharing, Teaching and Learning. This is the Highest Perception of My True Self.

I would say that it is pretty amazing when we can finally tear down all the walls and break free of old limiting patterns that have prevented us from moving forward. This form of Love and Expression is not Boastful, but rather Calming with a new level of Acceptance and Gratitude.




  

Increased Communication and the 90 Second Rule

One of Life's Greatest Principles ~ Increased Communication, with All of Life and With Respect.

Tis been another wonderful week. Insightful and filled with awareness and learning. I had many moments of renewed understanding. Mostly in regards to communication. Talking, listening and sharing.. hearing what is being said and not what we want to or choose to hear. Importantly is mindful listening. Listen to what is really being conveyed, with an open heart and mind. We just might learn something! We are all here on this big ol' planet as a community and one of our tasks is to help through communication. Communication is much more than just talking. We communicate on an energetic and vibrational level as well, even if we cannot see it, many of us can feel it. As soon as we truly understand this and open ourselves up to new level of communication, the world, at least for me, becomes more exciting! I LOVE to learn. Always have.
I suppose, which was my lesson, what I thought to be true was, as I had so much to learn, I therefore, couldn't have much to teach. I know in part that this was because, I often 'felt' things rather than heard them and that was not the norm. That is my lesson, and with this, to Seek for a better awareness, acceptance of communication. I do have much to teach, we all do. 

As I am now able to see this with a renewed awareness, I can now choose to respond in a loving manner. It's not about me. It never was. I truly am secure in my role of understanding, awareness, as a teacher and as a student. With that I can enter into a discussion with a person who believes that their sole role is to teach, with an understanding that this is what they needs to validate themselves. That is the allowance of all to be in their own place and time. The struggle can stop with awareness. Validation comes from within, it is not external. (although external validation is excepted and nice!) Pretty awesome, I would say! 
The 90 second rule is a pretty brilliant tool when it comes to emotions. It is said that it takes the physical body 90 second to experience an emotion (sad, mad, happy, glad) and after that, it becomes a choice. This is truly freeing. Allow the emotion and then choose the emotion. I am learning to choose my response after some breathing. Then Let it Go. This is a gift, one that I am so incredibly grateful for!
Gratitude and Love. AskAskAskAsk Asking and Letting Go. Ask as you go along throughout the day and then opening up to receive! The next step is gratitude and thankfulness. I am grateful for an open mind and heart. I know that my Highest Good is the Intended Target and that all will be as it should as I am open to acceptance from the Universe and God.

Then, Act the Part... and circumstance will shift, until it is no longer acting. For me, I am understanding that yes, this is the truth, but truly for me, I have to believe. To understand and believe. Understand that this is what we all deserve. And I do. I see the many areas that I personally, did not in the past. Be who you are meant to be, and that I am. Stake your Claim in the Universal laws of Abundance and Gratitude!
Step into the role of your Highest Good! And this, is wonderful. It is conscious. There is always so much more to learn. I welcome each challenge and an opportunity to bring more love into my world. There, for the Grace of God Go I. 

So, I am just typing this all without any real thought, just typing what is within my heart. Be a Brilliant Teacher and an Eager Student. Know that the path ahead is paved with Magic!

In light of the most recent events, my mind has really begun to give Conscious Thought in my role in this world. It's really time that we decide to show up, because a difference can be made, if we choose.


It begins within ourselves, each and every one of us, one person at a time. As a society, it is time to take a long hard look at ourselves and our choices (television, judgment, internet, money, greed, dishonesty etc) and begin to make conscious choices. Really think and be honest with our choices, rather than justifying them. Then from there, within the whole family unit, to friends, co-workers and so on. Base decisions on accountability, on the greater good of all involved, rather than on fear and money. On many levels, we have to make our governments accountable, which is a huge task. We need to start setting examples through our words, actions and mindful choices (not, Do as I say, Not as I do), as individuals, as a community and as a country.

As a society as a whole, we have to open our eyes to what is happening every day around the world, not just what we want to see. Perhaps if we did decide to take notice, then we would make peace a priority.  Conscious Choices Creates Change. It's time.

I certainly don't have the answers, but individually, this is where we each can begin. I have a pin from a Womens Shelter, that states, "Peace begins in the home." I, for one, have started there and I know many others who have begun this journey as well. 

Have a wonderfully peaceful day. Make choices that reflect who you want to be, the change that you want to begin.  

Choose Wisely... Choose Consciously

"Fear is an Illusion. Choose Love Today. Forgive Yourself and Others." Goblins are born in our mind when we are wounded and from that point forward, we forget our wholeness. They remain with us in the shadows, they mimic our voices, tricking us into believing that we are unworthy, a victim, or unlovable. They represent the shadow side of ourselves. They are trying to protect us from what has hurt us in the past. But each new experience is, just that, a new experience. And to experience life fully, we must face our Goblin, thank him for protecting us in the past and then relieve him of his duties. (I have also heard the 'Goblin' called the 'Naughty Roommate' which I thought was kinda fun!)

If we can learn to listen for their voice inside, this card represents an opportunity for Growth! We must love ourselves by releasing resentments and negative self-talk.

Within Each and Every One of Us is the Spark of the Divine. Face your Goblin, give him the love that he really wants. Wrap him up in a big blanket, rock that Big Guy to sleep! for you are safe, you've got this one! And You have Bigger and Greater Experiences to Discover, so rest well, little Goblin, rest well! <3 Love Love Love

**Success** You must Celebrate now as Spirit Does! For you have achieved Success! Accomplishments are yours now and you are in a position to Reap the Rewards of your hard work! Be True to yourself, Refuse to compromise who you are, for this will yield good things! Keep working hard, with love and honesty for you will continue to learn and grow. Celebrate the smallest of Victories.

Flying ~ Creating Conscious Choices

I have now entered into the 3rd Learning Session with my Coach. What an incredible Journey and I do know that this part of the Journey will be yet another amazing adventure.

This weekend, I participated in my first 'Psychic Fair' event. Although I do not consider myself to be any more psychic than anybody else on this planet, I do know that I am acutely aware of my intuition, which is how I 'read' the cards.

This was 1st of this kind of event for me participating as a reader. The event is focused around a Spirit Seekers Conference and there are, let's say, about 15 various types of readers. There were seminars throughout the day guiding people along their Journey of Spirit.

By the end of the 2nd day, what I most excitedly discovered, was the thirst many people have to pave a path towards spirit, towards a Higher State of Being. A Conscious State of Being. I was a bit (and pleasantly) surprised at how many people felt 'drawn' to my readings! My  readings, I found, in many cases, offered a Validation of Spirit.

I am not a Tarot reader, I will not read how many, or when, where, but I will offer guidance of the HOW, the lessons, what can move us forward to make the best and most conscious choices for US, uniquely and individually. We get to CHOOSE where we are going, sometimes it's the HOW that is the stumbling block. My dream is to help unlock these blocks. Perhaps set the 'Spark' that lights the flame, or that inspires and challenges to live from our Higher Self. This, the Higher Self, is the place that we all truly want to live our lives from.

I met some of the most amazing individuals! One young man sat down, I looked at him and immediately said, "You are a Healer." To which he excitedly replied, "I know!" "I just don't know how to get there. I know that I have a higher calling. He does not come from a family or setting, nor has his career taken him in this direction. But he did know. 'Reading' his cards was such and honor and pleasure for me, helping him to embrace the person that he is meant to be. That, on a personal level, for me, is what it is all about, helping him to unlock that which he already knows.

Life is a Journey, Love is the Destination. Everything comes from a Secure State or Fear State of Love. The focus of my readings is for all to be successful and for that success to lead to one's Heart and Soul's Desire. Abundance is not about money, although one of the energy sources of abundance is money, it's truly about the Love.

Through my Journey this weekend and gaining a new understanding of the hunger to reconnect with the Higher Self Within Us all, I slightly changed the focus of my readings. They truly became focused on the lessons that I have learned in the past year.

The First 3 cards reflect, the Past, the Now, and Where we are Headed. From these cards, we are able to see what has brought us to where we are, perhaps what we have learned, gained or lost. The 2nd card shows us where we are, what lesson that we need to embrace to move us forward. The 3rd card is the challenge/opportunity that is ahead of us, our next step, once we have learned what we most needed to learned at this time.

Something that really became clear to me during these readings and over the 2 days was that we really don't move forward until we learn what we most need to learn at this time. Circumstances MAY change, but the lesson does not, it's just cloaked in a new cloth.

Similarly, but not the same, what Sigmund Freud referred to as the ID, the Ego and the Super Ego, in my interpretation, the next 3 cards represent 'The Goblin' 'The Persona' and 'The Higher Self.' The Higher Self is where we want to live to manifest our own Unique Destiny's. In order to achieve a state of conscious awareness, conscious choice, we need to clearly see the Goblin and Persona with an unconditional love and understanding. Then learn tools to put then to sleep!

The Goblin represents the voices in your head that were set in place, starting when we were children. I have also heard him called 'The Naughty Roommate in Your Head.' He means no harm, his only service is that of a warrior to protect you! He's armed with his backpack of plenty of experiences that he has 'saved you from' and is ready to go at all times! The reality is that many and most often these messages are put in place to protect those who put them there. "Go away, you don't belong here!' "You are too little or too big, too young or too old!" "You are going to hurt yourself if you try that!" "You will never be able to do that, it's too difficult!" These messages become reinforced and rooted within us, until one day, we say, "Hey wait a minute!" So the first card acknowledges the goblin within, which is the first step in conquering its messages.

The Persona represents the Person that you show to the outer world. With this card, you may see a blindspot or a greater awareness of what you may be giving away of yourself or perhaps how people see you that you cannot not.

The 3rd card in this sequence is the Lesson of the Higher Self. At this point of your journey, what will you learn if you acknowledge and make choices to grow.

The final card that I draw is from the Deck of the Archangels. This card offers a guide along your journey, typically with a message of loving allowance.

So, what I have realized with all of this, over the weekend, was a greater need to become better more  conscious individuals.

Now, I have the task ahead of me of mapping this all, of recreating my website and my readings. It's not a daunting task, however, it is indeed an EXCITING one!

 

    

You Are Not Alone...

You are not now, nor ever have been, nor ever shall be, alone. Spirit is always by your side, as are your Guardians.

Communicate Sincerely and Honestly with the Spirit Within and Around You. Ask, always, for the Highest Intention. If it is Change that you seek, change begins within the sincerity of the heart's desire, followed by a Intention, and then followed by Action.

Each and every one of us have Guides and Angels that are with us along our Journey.

I do readings that ask the Archangels for clarity. This was one such reading that I did for a friend. The cards represent, The Opportunity, The Challenge, The Outcome.

In this reading the 1st card chosen was 'Healthy Lifestyle.' Archangel Raphael is calling upon you to look at your lifestyle. Are your actions matching who you are becoming? It's time to reflect your thoughts. Lifestyle has to do as much with mindfulness and awareness as it does with nutrition and exercise.

The Challenge is 'Career Transition.' Archangel Chamuel is asking you to encompass that person that you want to show the world. To challenge you as your journey opens opportunity for a new career path. This is a Blessed Change for you.

The Outcome is that you will be met with a renewed Courage. Perhaps this has been lost to you as you become 'caught up with life.' Archangel Ariel is a Warrior. Courage and strength is within us all.

What a beautiful Journey. Many people ask what they are doing wrong or why they are stuck. Quite often, it is because, although they know who they want to be or where they want to be, they fear change. Become the person that you want to be. Let your lifestyle reflect that. Life will open up for you, new ideas and prospects, in this case, a new career path. As the path unfolds you will the courage to be that person that you are inherently meant to be.

Dance with Angels

To Dance with Angels, To Sing Among the Stars.

I read a book, very many years ago, that acknowledged, and transformed who I am. And it did at the time.

25 Years later, I am back on my Journey again. I ordered the book and began reading. It's not a leisurely stroll through a book, it's a transformative journey. I understand the book with an Awakened Clarity like never before.

Life is a Journey. Love is the Sole Destination.



The Illusion of Separation. We are all part of the collective illusion. What if we looked at Life in terms of Love, rather than money? What if we asked, 'How much Love do I require for this?' rather than, 'How much money do I require for this?' We are all the creators of our uniqueness. It would seem rather odd. But the further that we pull away or feel a pull away from love itself, the more 'things' that we need, money, control, etc. A lack of love will push us towards an external source. There is much beauty in discovering that Love is indeed the destination.

Dr. Peebles, via his trance-channel gives 4 Principles to be Live By:

1. The Loving Allowance for all things to Be in their own Time and Place beginning with your own Self.
2. Increased Communication with all of Life and with Respect.
3. Self-Responsibility for Your Life as a Creative Adventure, through choices and perceptions, you do indeed create your own reality.
4. To Discover and Dissolve the Illusions of Separation within Self and Between Life. You are Never the Victim, You are ALWAYS the Creator.

Strive to look at all through the eyes of Love. In my teachings of the past year, I have been learning how to be the 'Observer' of my life. Sometimes it is difficult to see the greater picture, or the road out. If you can lift yourself up, above where you are, you are able then to observe where you are and find the passage out. It seems fitting that this book found its way back to me at this time.

We are all part of the same community. The further that we separate ourselves from one another, the further away that we are pulled from the Love. We do reflect one another, but from a difference perspective that I was taught. Actually, I was correct and did argue that, but I thought that I was not, as my prof. must know more. I am happy to remember the truth and, probably more so, to understand it. I have a much clearer picture, a profound understanding, if I may. It is pretty amazing and I hope that I am able to reign it in to express it so to understand. In the meantime, this is where I am at! 

Embrace Your Uniqueness!

We are each and everyone of us Unique and Special. No one else has ever walked your path, fought your battles, learned your lessons, experienced your laughs, tears, fears or felt the inner depths from within your own heart the same way that you have. We can laugh together, cry together, learn together, teach, share and grow. We are where we are, unique and special, based on these experiences and perceptions of these experiences. Our choices and decisions have determined, in this moment, who we are and where we want to go. Daily we have evolved into the people that we are and we all continue to evolve each and every moment. Learn always, Teach and Share. Be gentle with yourself, as life is an evolving experience. Be gentle with others, for we cannot ever know the experiences that they have walked. Be Gentle, Compassionate and Caring. Be Kind.

Invisible... there are times when we might feel Invisible to others, or that we just don't fit in. This is a reminder to oneself that Acceptance begins Within. Affirmation, "I completely love, accept and respect the person that I am. My strength comes from knowing who I am and completely loving that person. My path reflects the Highest Good within Me." Know who you are, then Be that person with the strength from within. Lovingly take yourself out of the game of trying to fit in. When you truly know, love and accept yourself, like people will be drawn to you, they will find your path.

Perhaps, though, you are meant to be alone today, to reflect, to stay in the shadows and observe without being vulnerable. Either way, know that Spirit is always by your side. Dive deep within and Embrace the 'You' (love) that you find.  

New Beginnings

I did a reading for a friend yesterday, someone who has been going though a pretty stressful time. Without posting her name, I asked if I could share the reading. I personally found it enlightening, knowing that despite circumstance (all part of the lessons present as illusion), there is always hope and Spirit is always around us, wanting only the best.

While watching a show the other night, one of the agents said, "Thank you for being you!" to which Spencer replied, "I don't know how to be anyone else." The best person to be truly, is YOU. I, personally, have been on such a journey this past year to re-discover who that was. It certainly was not easy, but it was enlightening and so worth the ride. I am where I should be, we always are.

The Reading....

The first card, represents that which is passing. The card is 'Coming Apart.' The card shows the difficult situation that she has been going through, the struggles within, a time of letting go of that which is no longer working. It actually points to a new direction, a changing of directions, at least thoughts of this. It's been a time of reassessing goals and values. Most likely a feeling that her life has been coming apart around her.



The Messenger along this part of her journey is The River Queen, Flow, Letting Go, Natural Movement. Letting Go does not mean giving up. It means to let Spirit Guide us in the direction of our Highest Good. Ask for help and be confident in knowing that all will be as it should. The card speaks to her in regards to the Law of Non-Attachment. This could be the attachment of outcome or to the illusion of failure. That what defines the outcome. Ask Spirit for Guidance, trust in the Higher Good and then Let it Go. No obstacle can hold one back if we are willing to surrender to the natural flow of events. She is reminded to be easy on herself, as well as with others and with this, watch how smoothly she will begin to move forward. Forward towards your path along your journey.


The 2nd card, which is the challenge card, that which she is in presently learning to move her forward, is the 'Home' card. The lesson that she is going through is, indeed, a renewal, a comfort within her self.. A knowing of the peace, security, belonging from WITHIN. She is learning to be comfortable, complete in her skin, no matter what is happening in the world around her. Be secure in knowing that Spirit is there to help. The best person to be is oneself. She must learn to Embrace who she is. Home is love. Let this resonate within and around. There will be rewards, great benefits. Home truly is where the heart is. Such a beautiful card. Perhaps she had forgotten who she was, which is all part of the journey. It's time to remember and to love that person within.

The final card, which is the probable direction that she is entering is 'Protecting Treasure.' As reading of the cards, this card reflects her gift. Although this may be a time of seemed great risk, she will move forward safely and securely (that which she learned from the 'Home' card. Guardians and guides are always around her always to help, guide and inspire. Being true to who she is is key for this is her journey of the soul. A true and loyal heart always achieves it's aim. Embrace with courage. She will be protected as she enters this new stage of her life.

The Messenger along this part of the Journey is the 'Queen of the Light.' (that which enlightens and illuminates the soul). She has come to celebrate with her. To help you shine her radiance. Ask Spirit for help, for she will illuminate the most important steps along your path for your highest good. She will also bring insight into how you manifest your reality in the most miraculous ways. I keep hearing, "Know you're not alone. Gonna make this place my home." The song from Phillip Phillips.

This was a truly beautiful reading for a truly beautiful soul. Blessings and thank you for allowing me to share! <3 

Touchdown!

So it happened again! While watching the SuperBowl on Sunday, I glanced at the time on the clock during the first quarter, which read 11:17. The thought that instantly came to me was, "the Ravens are going to win this one." Ok. Typically I glance, a thought comes to me and that's it. But this time for some reason, when I glanced, I paused, obviously for a second, because the time changed to 11:18. My thought was, oh, that's weird. Something crazy is going to happen. That was it. It never gave it another thought and continued to watch.

At Half-Time, the Ravens were looking pretty good. The Beyonce show came and went and the game entered the 3rd Quarter. Bam, a crazy touchdown by the Ravens, they have this one in the bag!

Not so fast!  Hold it little lady. Who'd have ever guessed that there would be a power outage, and one that lasted for quite some time. Once the lights were back on in New Orleans, the game commenced. And somehow, the 49r's brought their best game on with the lights!

At about the 2 minute mark, it actually looked like San Fran might take this one, when I remembered what my 'thoughts' had told me. So, I stuck with my 'Baltimore's going to win attitude'. It was that close. Really really close. And a crazy final 6 minutes or so.The 49r's had every opportunity in the final minutes to win and it really looked as it they just might pull this off, but somehow the Ravens came out on top!

I am trying to chronical these thoughts.Some of the messages are important, and some of them are just to remind me to listen. This one was a little different, with the extra glance, perhaps to make me more aware of my thoughts, and I will heed the call. And to understand that they are not based on a 'decision' that I am making, but rather a message that comes to my by way of thought.

Looking back at my story on the flight that I took almost a year ago, perhaps this was a reminder. To remember the messages that I received at that time. To trust. All will be well once the storm passes.

Life is cool.
