I have been saying that the past year has been difficult and it has, although I prefer the word challenging. Difficulty without Hope can lead to Depression,
But With Challenge comes Opportunity. The Challenge has also been rewarding and I have received many gifts. Although most days are great and am able to find the strength easily, some days are challenging. That would have been last night flowing into the morning.
I have a dream. It's not working out exactly how I have planned. 'They,' whomever they are, say that everything happens in its own time. I am trying to peace that together with the 'thought become things' attitude.
I had a very thoughtful morning. Upon awakening, I turned on my computer and there it was. An email from a spiritual friend. It was in regards to an upcoming fair that I had been thinking about, wanting to participate. Inspiration first thing in the morning after a thoughtful, sleep-tossed night was good.
Once I was prepared to take on the day, I did my meditation and chose my daily card. The 'Magic Stream' card was revealed to me. "Everything is connected through the Universal Flow of Consciousness." The lesson in this card is to see the continuity in events and experiences, as they are all part of a greater evolution. Life is an ever-flowing Magic Stream, experiences filter through the whole world, one leading to another, informing and influencing one another. Inspiration, Invention and Revelation rarely come to just one person. The collective awareness is a shared storehouse of potential. Be Mindful and know that you are part of the fluid continuity of life and you WILL become a great channel for inspiration. Allow the magic to flow through you and carry your dreams into reality. Your success will benefit many.
That, it seems, is good for me on this day. Thinking back on last evening, a television show that I watched may have provided me with the thoughts as they transpired. My greatest fear in life is that I die having not made a difference. The show was NCIS. It wasn't the actual storyline that I was attracted to, it was the storyline in regards to Abby. "If I can't make a difference, then what's the point?" That is how I was feeling.
It's the Bigger picture and we can't always see the bigger picture. That is what trust is all about. And faith that we are headed in the 'right' direction. The direction of our Highest self. That's the me that I am seeking.
And so my Journey continues.....
