Our society has become accustomed to being judged. We have accepted it as a way of life. We judge by our perception of our friends, our neighbors, strangers, by the people that we see on TV or the ones that sing on the radio. We judge how we 'believe' we should be. We judge how we 'feel' we could be.
These judgements have created a toll on our minds and our health. We have created illusions of how we should look. act. and feel. We put so much pressure on how we want others to act, to feel, to think.
We have crossed the line of a healthy competition.
The greatest gift that we can give to a friend, is an acceptance of their own thoughts and ideas. People are in our lives because their is something that we are either supposed to learn from them or something that they need to teach us. One really needs to open up to the acceptance of this.
If we paid more attention to our own thoughts and explored what we were truly feeling and why, this may lead us to a better understanding of not only ourselves, but of others.
The pressure of those around us to act a certain way, is our perception of how that person should act. They have an entirely different perception of that reality. And this is good! They act and feel what they have learned and what they are willing to share with us of themselves. This is so with each and every one of us.
The more we struggle to manipulate how others reacts or acts towards us, the more they are going to push.

Let it go and let it exist. Let it be, it will nurture itself into exactly that which it should be. And it will, with a gentler touch and without expectation. Expectation is a form of judgement. Accept people for who and what they are, knowing that they are indeed in the exact place that they should be with what they have learned and felt up to this exact moment in time.
Relax and enjoy the lesson! Let it go and enjoy the experience! See with your eyes AND heart open. Hear with your ears AND heart open. Judge with the excitement of learning.
